I am proud to share the fact that I am a Microsoft Certified Professional, I received my certification at Prometric which is on Corporate Commons in New Castle, Delaware. The certification involved taking two tests after hours of studying about an array of Microsoft related skills involving troubleshooting and diagnosing computer issues.

I have been doing Microsoft related work as long as I can remember starting as a child while growing up in Union Park Gardens in Wilmington, Delaware. I continued learning and applied my trade at many computer positions including Finestationery.com and United Distributors of Delaware.
